PAIR Packets

PAIR Packets are small "goodie bags" that provide some sunshine, support, and encouragement to Breast Cancer patients. PAIR Packets are delivered to the Breast Center at the University of Maryland Medical Center throughout the year.

The Pink P.A.I.R. Project PAIRs up with the Maryland Promise Program (MPP) at the University of Maryland (College Park) for their annual Community Service event! All projects completed support cancer patients and nurses/medical staff at the UMMC Breast Center, Cancer Center, the Maryland Proton Treatment Center, and the Ulman Foundation. Service projects have included:

• Chemo Care Packages

• PAIR Packets

• Cards for cancer patients

• "Thank You" posters and snack baskets for nurses/medical staff

CHEMO CARE PACKAGES

Chemo Care Packages are delivered to Breast Cancer patients, currently receiving chemotherapy, who need extra love and support during their journey! 

If you would like to make a Chemo Care Package for someone in treatment, below are some items that can be included. Shopping can be done at Dollar Tree, Five Below, Walmart, Target, Ross, TJ Maxx, Marshall's, and your local grocery store. During the month of October, Dollar Tree and Five Below have a lot of really great Breast Cancer Awareness items!
